Advanced Interactive Realities Group

The aim of the Advanced Interactive Realities (AIR) Group is to publicise and encourage the applied use of appropriate, user focused, visualisation and interaction techniques and technologies within virtual reality (VR) and immersive scenarios by achieving an international reputation for quality of research in this area.

This will be realized by investigating the fundamental characteristics of virtual and augmented reality technologies and then leveraging this understanding to achieve applied results.
